The Future Is Green
Sustainable Land Development Project
Sustainable land utilization projects are currently underway in Japan’s premium Karuizawa (Nagano Prefecture) and Lake Toya (Hokkaido) regions, held by our group company, Eco Energy Co., Ltd. Guided by our RES (Resilient, Ecological, and Sustainable) philosophy, these initiatives aim to generate innovative real estate value that coexists in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural environment.

Lake Toya Project
On a vast tract of land north of Lake Toya in Hokkaido, we are progressing with a development plan predicated on environmental conservation. Renowned for its rich nature and stable climate, this area is highly evaluated as uniquely suited for sustainable development. Looking ahead, we plan to develop small-scale, premium high-quality housing in harmony with nature, while exploring the integration of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power. Furthermore, we are seeking sustainable land-use frameworks that contribute to elevating the overall asset and community value of the region.

Karuizawa Project
In Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, we are promoting a residential development project spanning multiple land parcels, rooted in our RES philosophy. Collaborating with both domestic and international architects and specialists, we are designing various residential models that seamlessly balance advanced environmental performance with exceptional living comfort. Furthermore, by integrating renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, geothermal, and biomass, we aim to realize self-sufficient energy ecosystems for these living environments. Through these initiatives, our long-term vision encompasses the formation of sustainable, resilient communities uniquely tailored to the regional characteristics.
